The first Math Club meeting of Spring '10 is finally here. We will be meeting this Friday at 12:00 in K2800 (our usual place and time). Since the next AMATYC exam takes place on Friday March 5th, we will be preparing for it as well as gathering topics of interest for future meetings. MCTC Club Party There will be a Club Party this Friday immediately following the Math Club meeting. It will be from 1:00-3:00 in the Helland Center, and there will be food and games. It will be a great chance to meet and possibly plan collaborations with other MCTC clubs. Some other clubs Math Club members might be interested in are the Science Club and the Sci-Fi fantasy Club. NSF S-STEM Scholarship For full-time MCTC students pursuing the Math A.S. degree, this is a great scholarship opportunity. Information about the scholarship can be found here.
